Disappointing and dirty.

The condo complex is in a good location in Scottsdale close to Old Town and lots of shopping. Unfortunately, when we arrived the unit was not clean, and the cleaning crew was still at work. When they left the unit was still dirty. There were a few old used disgusting towels and the kitchen was not adequately stocked with glasses and supplies. I would not recommend this property under any conditions. We were awakened every day at 6:00 by landscape crews working in and around the property.

We love the area, have rented several other condos within 2 miles over the past 7 years. This condo was by far the worst experience. Not well cleaned, not well stocked, and terribly uncomfortable furnishings. It is too bad, because the complex itself is very nice...great pools, great location. On our arrival, we found the cleaners would need an extra day to get it ready. The rental agent placed us in a very nice property for that 1st night. After that extra day of cleaning, we entered the unit to find dirty floors, kitchen sink, counters, bathroom, filthy washer/dryer, dust hanging in clumps from the ceiling fans, and more. The agent offered to send in another cleaner, but we decided it would be extremely inconvenient to be out again for another day, and we cleaned what we needed to by ourselves. We will not rent from this agency again.
