Direct access to hiking and walking trails including Silly Mountain in front. The short drive to Hwy. 60 allows easy travel to both Sky Harbor and Mesa/Gateway airports. Quick access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Conveniently close to both of the highly acclaimed Dinosaur and Sidewinder golf courses. The nearby Superstition Foothills community center has a large heated pool and spa available to use.
Our elegant home features a spacious open floor plan. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. The expansive primary suite has a big walk in shower and a designer closet with a generous amount of space. A large office area is also included. Beautiful cherry cabinetry, gorgeous granite countertops and custom paint throughout the interior create an impressive living environment. Other features include a casita and a courtyard. This was an extremely nice place to stay. Upscale kitchen with very nice dishes/pans etc. Newly decorated and comfortable beds and furniture. Neighborhood is very peacefully and provides a beautiful mountain view. Our complaints were the pool heater did not work. Had some issues with the air conditioner. Had some issues with the wireless internet. Contacted host and we figured out the issues with the A/C and the wireless. Believe to be an internet issue. I feel that the pool heater being broken should have been stated in the advertisement. We would not have stayed if we knew that. The water was 65 and we could not use the pool at all. When I contacted the host was told he was sorry and that we should try the community pool. We did that and it served our purpose, but again for the price we expected the pool to work at the residence. I talked with the host for some time and gave him positive feedback for the future as he is new at renting. I expected some sort of refund, but did not get one. I would stay here again, but only if the pool heat worked.

Staying in this home will not disappoint! Incredible views, privacy and quiet yet in the middle of it all. Fantastic gathering spots like on the back porch with the pool and Superstition Mountains as the backdrop and a very private patio area leading into the home and the casita. Furniture is lovely, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is nicely stocked. Highly recommend and would return for a stay for sure!

My wife and I have been using VRBO for 20 years and we have stayed in many vacation homes. This property in Gold Canyon ranks near the top of the list! This home is not only beautiful, immaculate and exceptionally well-furnished, it is also located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is rare for us to find a kitchen that has everything my wife needs to cook. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and effort in their guest's culinary needs. As a property manager with 32 years of experience, I can say unequivocally that this should be your first choice when staying in Gold Canyon. It will definitely be ours the next time we go there!
