Best Western Apache Junction Inn

There are only a few lodging choices in this area. This one is ok, but disappointing for the amount charged ($156 with tax). It is comparable to surrounding hotels, which is why we seldom stay in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Overall, the facility and furnishings are nice. The shower pressure is low and the water is "hard", making for a lousy bathing experience. New guests should also be aware there is no elevator, so book a ground-level floor if you cannot lift/carry your luggage upstairs. The free breakfast is nice, featuring the typical choice of food and beverages.

Had trouble with the key but the front desk person was helpful in getting resolved

One key card did not work. The refrig/freezer very much needed defrosting, otherwise lovely, clean hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Pool looked very inviting.

The hotel was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful, and the hotel was in a convenient location. One note thought - there are not elevators to the second floor. So, if you do not want to or are unable to walk steps, be sure to request a ground floor room!

Excellent, hot breakfast every morning. Very courteous and helpful staff. Amenities great, including outdoor pool & hot tub, a working ice machine, washer and dryer available for $2 per load, and in room fridge and microwave.

Quiet, smaller motel. Very nice balcony and decent hot breakfast as far as motels go (not a Denny’s lol but convenient). Large room, comfy bed, big tv and sofa. A bit pricey but it’s all about Supply and Demand.

Liked the layout, King bed with sofa bed. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very nice...lots of choices. One concern was the smell of smoke in the curtains and the overall room. Had to open the windows to make it smell better.

Clean, newer, well cared for. Friendly staff, desk clerks knowledgeable. Very good consistent breakfast. I was there a full week.

Huge room with a balcony view of the mountains! The hotel staff was super friendly and overall worth the money! Fantastic stay and we will return!

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Apache Junction. The hotel was well maintained, peaceful and clean. The housekeeping/breakfast staff were especially diligent and friendly. We will stay at this location again!

Great staff, good facilities and free hot & cold breakfast! Really nice room with outside balcony over looking the swimming pool. Although arrived very late (after midnight) Manager very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when in Apache Junction.

My husband & I spent 9 quiet nights at this hotel and we found the room to be very comfortable, clean, able to sleep with window open, lovely balcony overlooking pool & hot tub. Staff were friendly & very accomodating and quick to meet our needs. Free breakfast every morning-very well equipped & lots to choose from. Location was great for us. Price was reasonable.

Met our expectations and was a good value for the money.

Room & facility were clean, staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was fantastic. We used the outdoor pool a lot and it was so nice swimming outdoors rather than an indoor pool. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our room was great! Having a physical handicap makes one much more appreciative when a hotel makes great efforts to accommodate those needs. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was awesome! Although I'm not confined to a wheelchair, it didn't escape my attention that the shower was designed so someone in a wheelchair could just wheel themselves in with no obstacles in the way. This is so much safer than having to step over a barrier or worse yet, climb over the side of a tub! Only one small suggestion: it would be much more convenient if the faucets on the bathroom sinks had lever handles and also a spigot extending further over the the sink. The water flow was right up against the back of the sink making it harder to reach. But overall, this was the best room we had over a week-long vacation!

You have to go outside to get to the main desk and breakfast area. No yogurt and milk not chilled for breakfast. The air conditioner cooled the room but we could not get it to settle on a comfortable temp (too warm or too cold). Good selection of brochures on things to do (we went to 6 of the activities in a 2 day period).
