One of a kind views of the Superstition Mountains and city lights!! Unobstructed views!! This custom hillside home offers luxury and a very private backyard. An elegant drive leads up to this impressive entrance. Ready for you to relax and enjoy. The location is minutes from two 18 hole championship Golf Courses: Dinosaur Mountain and Sidewinder. These have both been consistently rated as two of the top courses in Arizona. Quick access to and from I-60. It is only 35 minutes from Phoenix/Gilbert/Scottsdale entertainment. Travertine, stone, and hardwood floors throughout. High ceilings and an open floorplan maximize the views! Pewter fixtures, slab granite, vessel sinks, built-in closets, wine fridge, top of the line fixtures and more. French doors open to the master retreat, with a private veranda overlooking the Superstition Mountains. Heated pool/spa, built-in BBQ, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, and observation deck. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. There is a fourth bedroom that could be used that is located in the casita type area in the lower level /basement of the house, complete with a full bathroom, though small and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and refrigerator, however it is currently under renovation and is not available at this time.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.
