An elegant drive leads up to this impressive entrance. Ready for you to relax and enjoy. The location is minutes from two 18 hole championship Golf Courses: Dinosaur Mountain and Sidewinder. These have both been consistently rated as two of the top courses in Arizona. Quick access to and from I-60. It is only 35 minutes from Phoenix/Gilbert/Scottsdale entertainment. Travertine, stone, and hardwood floors throughout. High ceilings and an open floorplan maximize the views! Pewter fixtures, slab granite, vessel sinks, built-in closets, wine fridge, top of the line fixtures and more. French doors open to the master retreat, with a private veranda overlooking the Superstition Mountains. Heated pool/spa, built-in BBQ, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, and observation deck. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor which will comfortably sleep 6 people. There are two and one half baths. There is a fourth bedroom that could be used that is located in the casita type area in the lower level /basement of the house, complete with a king sized bed, full bathroom (shower no tub) and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and refrigerator, however it is only available upon special request and there is a fee of $80 per night for its use. If you have six people and want to use the casita, it is an extra $80.00 per night. If you have more than 6 people, the casita charge will automatically be added to your reservation. A pool and spa heating charge of $50 per day will be requested of you if you should choose to warm up the pool more than it will already be. Once you get there, you can make let us know if you would like the pool and spa heated.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.
