The first room I was in had an air vent next to the bed that transmitted an adjacent room's phone calls (till 1am), conversations, cooking smells, and dog barking (at 11 pm). This may be an issue the entire 6th floor. The second room had broken handles on drawers and a broken toilet paper holder. One of the water glasses was stuck to the cupboard over the sink, which had a thick layer of dust on it. It was difficult to get our room cleaned when desired. The information in the room states that sheets will be changed twice weekly unless you request otherwise. This is absolutely false. The rooms are currently cleaned (at most) once weekly, unless service is specifically requested early in the morning. This is mentioned nowhere that we could find. The staff provided conflicting information on the default cleaning day, and one referred us to the website, which repeats the incorrect claim of a twice-weekly cleaning. They were also not particularly helpful; if the first time we missed the request cutoff someone had said, "it's too late for today but let me make sure you're on the list for tomorrow" we probably wouldn't have been so disgruntled. The information in the room also states that the fitness center is 24x7. The posted hours by the door say otherwise. The pool is very nice and often empty. The continental breakfast gets boring pretty quickly if you're a vegan.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and accommodating.
