Where to begin. The hotel had NO elevator, The bathroom door would not lock, The bathroom door would get stuck on the floor and you'd have to kick it to get it to open fully, the bed was hard as a rock, there was no carpet, only cheap vinyl mat, the water in the shower would NOT get hot at all, the air conditioner barely worked, the bedside outlets one side didn't work at all and the other whatever you plugged into it would just fall out, the wifi was terrible. Over all a future hard pass for this hotel. 0/3 for "Quality" Inn so far this month.

The people in the room above us keep us awake for two night. Called the front desk and reported it. It would stop for about an hour and started back up. The hotel REFUSED to give credit for part of the stay.

Front desk staff was good. Room was disappointing. Roaches, mold on shower curtain, and walls have no sound proofing at all. Also on the first night we notified the office that our tv was dark over half the screen. Never fixed. Dirty bath cloths, also the phrase free breakfast should never be associated with this hotel. We will not stay at this location again

The room was extremely cold and other turning a/c no way to warm the room. The refrigerator did not work. Our room was olddirty and extremely run down; curtains were droopy; lampshades were lopsided. I understand we travel our pet but he is well trained. The only positive thing was the young lady checking us in was quite friendly.
