Dirty,old, unsafe area

Nice facility close to food and grocery store.

Location, cleanliness of rooms, friendly staff and accessibility

This hotel had no hot water still waiting on my refund

There was a horrible smell of cat urine in the room my dad stayed in, i read the other reviews and they seemed much better than other hotels in the area, the front desk attendant was nice and willing to help, she sent someone to clean room again.

The room was really nice, spacious and clean. However the property was older looking, wet smelling and kind of run down looking. Did not look at all like my room.

I had reservations and when I got to the place they said they were completely booked. So I had to spend the night in a Walmart parking lot because all the other places around them for full at that time

Not much of a view but was very close to the exit.

Very nice and friendly clerks. I was there early right around 10am and I was allowed to check in. He even showed my room to me to be sure I was OK with it before I checked in.

Katie the gm was sooo..helpful & pleasant. The beds were comfortable & the rooms somewhat updated. Would have given more stars had not the rooms, even though the a/c seemed to work fine, been somewhat damp. Not sure if it is because in Aug. AL.has high humidity so it is just to be expected.

Nice inside nothing else to say So y you trying to force use to say more this is why I want be filling out no more surveys.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We were just unfortunate to be woken up by a very loud domestic dispute around 1 am. We tried to call the front desk but no one was there. If they had been, the cops would've been called. It was very loud and ended with loud sobbing. We were afraid to go into the hall, bc you just don't know what you'll walk into these days. It made for a very restless night.

Great staff, clean, comfortable, good price. Close to Ft Benning

Close to a lot of attraction in Alabama and Georgia.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable.

I was in town working for the week. The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and the facility was clean and seem to be well well-kept. I would stay here again.
