Very friendly staff capable of several languages. Outstanding fitness areas both inside (machines, dumbbells, etc) and outside (e.g. bars for pull-ups). Cool vibe. Room was spacious and well-designed. For example, desk had 2 mainland European outlets, 1 UK outlet, and 1 US outlet. 2 blocks from intercity train station, main U1 subway, and several street cars made getting around city convenient. While surrounding area wasn’t touristy, always felt safe at all times of day and night. Didn’t eat at restaurant due to my schedule, but breakfast always smelled good when I passed in my way out each morning. Spent 5 nights. Was there mostly for work plus a day of vacation. Would definitely stay again if in Vienna.

We were thrilled with the cozy atmosphere and the charming building. All of hotel employees made us feel special and welcome. The building was a lovely blend of Parisian charm and cosmopolitan city. Would definitely stay again.
