We had an amazing stay. This is a really nice and well renovated hotel in a lovely city. It was perfect on our way to the south and we will return fur sure. The staff is really nice and kind, the food at the restaurant and bar is really good and there is also a cute speakeasy in the basement. We went in winter but it seems that there is a big terrace on the main floor and an other one on the rooftop. Finally, the price is also good.We definitely recommand this hotel.

Room was clean, not enough wall outlets. Guest Service Agent was wonderful. Doormen were great. Restaurant was not great, some problem in the kitchen. Chose that hotel specifically to have a hot breakfast in the morning and was disappointed not to have one.

I had such a great time at Hotel Petersburg! Highlights of my stay: • I was able to check-in early • Valet was so convenient and the drivers were quick and friendly • Having restaurants inside the hotel was also convenient—I enjoyed the drinks • The location is amazing. It’s quiet and tucked away, but you’re able to walk to a lot of restaurants and other businesses • Checkout was a breeze. I also appreciate the text message check-ins from the front desk If I ever visit RVA again, I will for sure be back to this place. Thank you for the great experience!

All staff from the vallet, front desk and bar were very friendly and kind during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the room is exactly what we needed for our stay. The only (mild) issue was the water in the shower was warm but never reached a hot enough temperature.
