Had 2 night at Sebel as a end to our 2 week trip around WA . We loved the Room and the View from our Balcony. Bed was super comfortable, good internet, parking was a problem as the hotel parking was full and the street was $3 per hour , but luckily for us we were here for a weekend and Sunday had free parking on the street . Had to park down the road to get parking on Saturday . Outside our room we had a vent from the restaurant below making a blowing noise was a bit of Annoying but still loved the place .

We had a nice room facing the water, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. There were magazines and some chocolates in the room as part of our package. A short walk around the corner are some very nice restaurants and shops. A great stay.

Sleek exterior design in an awesome location with bars and restaurants close at hand. Don't be put off by the out-of-city location, there's a free bus (the Yellow Cat) from the end of the street to and from the city that takes 10 minutes. The one-bed apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a 4-day stay. Bedroom was comfortable enough, bathroom was spacious, kitchen was well-appointed. To make the most of the waterside location you need a balcony and the size doesn't disappoint - sunny for most of the day, good space, birds eye view of the dog walkers, joggers and moochers below. What did it miss? It's surface clean but needs more than a standard housekeeping clean. And the pillows. If you like rock solid hi-loft foam or envelope thin foam, then you're in for a treat. No other options available. Also be careful of parking costs - $30 a night is a bit steep and not included in your room rate. To finish on a high note... staff were very friendly and helpful, we had one small issue that was dealt with super quick without any drama.

Great location. Great service and friendly staff. Breakfast vouchers were a good option for us. Welcome drink was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. We were happy with our upgrade on our second booking.

This hotel (more like an apartment) located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Swan river. This beautiful hotel doesn't just had to Swan River with Victoria Garden nearby. But staff was awesome too - especially Christine at the front desk. It also had free guest self service laundry which come in handy for me after 2 weeks on the road. There is also a gym, heated pool and bike for hire. You can park overnight for free (6pm - 8am) on the street in front of the hotel or pay for overnight basement car park. Plenty of nice place to eat - Kinky Lizard, Royal, and Toast just to name a few. You can even charge the bill to your room by using a voucher that you can request at the reception. There is IGA supermarket nearby for your snacks or fresh food/vege/meats. Or if you want to go downtown, just hop on a Yellow Cat Free Shuttle bus. The bus stop is just 1 min away. A good base to explore Perth!

I was upgraded to a 1-bedroom apartment with river view, which undoubtedly colours my review (in a good way!) because the accommodation was very spacious, and sitting on the balcony overlooking the Swan River was an absolute treat. The apartments are fully serviced every three days, which may not be to some people's taste, but was fine for me. The staff at the reception could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. The hotel has bicycles that you can hire on an hourly basis, and we used these to cycle extensively around the riverside, which is extremely pleasant and bike-friendly. It also offers a small pool and bbq area, although I didn't use these. Below the hotel on the quay there are a selection of typically Aussie eateries - breakfast, lunch and dinner - although, in common with everywhere else in Perth, these are not cheap. But they're pleasant, and again with that great ambience of the riverside - we watched dolphins at dinner! For relaxing after a day in meetings, this hotel was superb.

Friendly staff and large, comfortable rooms. Convenient location with easy access to cbd and several restaurants/cafes nearby. The only down side is having to go through several smoke doors in the hallway if staying down the far end as I was in 402.

We stayed here on 2 occasions. The first time we had a river view with balcony and the second time with just a river view. Apartments are of a good quality that are extremely clean. Kitchen facilities are available in some of the bigger apartments but ours just had a microwave and basic cooking utensils - plenty to get you through. Underneath the hotel is a good range of restaurants and across the road is an IGA with everything you need. The one thing that we were unaware of is that the apartments only get serviced every 3 days but fresh towels etc are available on request. The yellow cat free bus service runs from out th front which takes you into the city so no need for a car. Car parking is expensive in the area. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel for convenience, views and location.

Although the location was great, there were a few things that we were disappointed with during our stay. The wireless internet signal was weak, extremely slow (the 3G signal was significantly faster) and limited to only 3 devices per room. The value of our breakfast vouchers at $20 per person was not enough to cover a meal and a drink at the participating venues (especially when public holiday surcharges apply). The air conditioner in our room was very noisy. For the prices charged, we expected a better experience.
