We booked a 2 bed apartment as we were travelling with friends which was airy and bright with a small kitchenette and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a spa bath. Very comfortable beds with tv in every room, including the lounge area. We had a balcony but this is a little too noisy due to the freeway that passes only 50 yards from the front door. We ate in the restaurant twice which has a good choice and it was excellent both times. Try the lamb curry, very tasty. The only thing that marred our visit was one of the restaurant managers who plainly didn't want to serve us when we called in for drinks after arriving from the airport. She was decidedly unwelcoming to the point of rudeness, which continued in to the evening when we ate in the restaurant. Other than that the staff were really good and I must mention Anastasia, from Siberia, who really made up for the previous experience. She was cheerful and helpful and nothing too much trouble.
Stayed for 2 nights. We selected this resort as it was close to where we were going to be spending our days. The good; Fast, professional and friendly check in. All staff were helpful and friendly. We had asked for a balcony if possible and that had been arranged. The pool area was lovely and clean. The not so good; House cleaning the morning after our first night was basic. Apart from the bed made and towels changed very little was done. Other patrons not thinking of others when in their units. I couldn't believe I was woken both morning with thumping and calling out to each other. This is not the resorts fault. Wow will be back.
We booked a superior room for 4 nights. The room had a king bed, which on the first night was a little on the hard side, but after asking for a mattress topper to be put on, it was better. The room came with free minibar which was topped up daily (this included 2 bottles of water, 2 beers and 2 softdrinks). Getting anything included is always good and this is a nice touch. The location of the hotel is great, being very close to the freeway entrance and also close to Canning Highway which takes you into town. Driving into town in peak hour traffic via the freeway only took about 8 minutes. It is also only a few minutes drive from the Perth Zoo. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever we had any dealings with them. Would happily stay there again and recommend to others.
Was there for 3 nights, easy access to get around, staff were helpful and remembered my name which was impressive. breakfast service was great with variety and cleanliness, overall good value and suitable for family, business or leisure.
This hotel gives you exactly what it advertises and it is good value for money. Friendly staff, good dining options, a very nice room and some awesome facilities make it a good place for a short and quick getaway. I went there with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and we enjoyed our room, the view from it and the spa bath tub in our bathroom. The swimming pool, sauna and gym were really nice and it was a good way to relax despite the rainy weather. Toiletries provided are pretty basic as are amenities. You have the usual tea, coffees, creamer and sugar and a free minibar that contains 4 little biscuits, soft drinks, water and beer. It did not make a difference to us although I expected snacks for that price. Overall, it is good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family for a short stay if they needed a break.
Selected Pagoda for 90th birthday party. 45 guests attended the high tea celebration. The space between tables and the layout made easy access for the elderly guests. The food was very good with plenty of variety. The standout were the staff who provided a very high standard of service. Could not fault the service. The space also allowed for group photos which in some cases was close to 20 people.
I stayed for 9 days on a recent business trip. The room was pretty good, with friendly, helpful staff. Free internet with two free beers, two free cans of soft drink and two free waters make for a more content guest. I enjoyed my stay immensely
We had our wedding here & could not fault Santina, the Pagoda and all the staff. We were so well looked after from start to finish. We wanted a small affair & Santina was so accommodating to our requests and professional. The location was beautiful being able to get married by the pool which was beatifully decorated by the resort. Lots of options for photos if you wish to head over the road to the Swan River. The food was just amazing. All the staff were so attentive. They made our wedding a day to remember forever. Cannot thank everyone at the Pagoda enough.
Beautiful room, lovely configuration (not 4 straight walls), well appointed and very tastefully decorated. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Dinner was delicious. I had a balcony overlooking the pool, very relaxing. Gorgeous bathroom with a deep spa bath.
Really nice staff and very helpful. Place has had an upgrade all though the external stuff has obviously been done on the dodge! Excellent and affordable parking - which is rare. Kids love staying there. Excellent location and just around the corner from our favourite restaurant Lago Di Como. Recommend it to anyone coming to stay in the city.
