Lovely room, lift accessible, great set up with table, chairs, couch, comfortable bed. Great bathroom with spa. Balcony. Swimming pool. Friendly helpful staff. Secure parking, close to everything. Great dining room, food and staff.

Stayed here for buisiness. Staff were very friendly and hotel bar and restaurant was pretty good, well above average of what I would expect - bit pricey tho. Room I stayed in was 305. Has a spa bath in a roomy bathroom. Awesome!

So happy with our stay at the Pagoda We were pleasantly surprised with the location, price, cleanliness and friendly staff. We will definitely be staying again. Wish we were there longer as we had a function close by but next time we will make more use of the facilities.

Excellent stay, hospitable and friendly service. Very nice accommodation with jacuzzi tub, large room and comfy queen bed :). My room was clean clean and the pool was inviting, but I called it a day after a two hour in room massage through a service they recommended. I heard from other guests that the High Tea options were good. Centrally located between the city and beaches. Directly across the street from the Swan River and it’s activities. Uber access friendly too.

Simply Amazing !!! Our wedding Coordinator Santina was fantastic The whole day was planned to perfection and Santina was on hand to answer all our questions on the build up to the big day. nothing was to much trouble for her to make things perfect for us. She put together an affordable package for us and everything was fantastic from the ceromany in the pool view setting to the evening with superb food and service The resort and spa hotel has a beautiful oriental theme with quality furnishings. Santina you are a credit to the resort and spa. We would not hesitate to recommend the resort and spa for the reception venue for your wedding . Thank you so much Santina for making our day a very happy memorable occasion Allan & Dawn

What a lovely hotel! The entrance is beautifully set and a friendly welcome was waiting at reception. Everything explained with a smile. Our superior king room was immaculate, we had complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water, 2 beers & 2 soft drinks. Bathroom modern & clean with a spa bath. Tv with foxtel. Balcony was facing the car park but this had been disguised with mature golden cane palms, nicely done and balcony’s don’t exist at the front as the hotel is conveniently located by the freeway to Perth so not something you would want to be looking at. Breakfast in the morning was buffet, delicious! We paid for our car to go in their secure car park. Checkout was at 11am, a decent time. Would highly recommend this hotel and definately will be returning, best I’ve stayed at in Australia so far 👌🏻

I had the three courses for $38 last night for dinner what a fantastic deal all my courses were very tasty and good serving size staff very friendly and helpful I would have given 5 stars but the four people who had the bean croquette had to send them back as they were not cooked properly but manager was very apologetic also it would of been nice if all of our main meals came out at the same time Would I go back again yes definitely would

The venue is excellent for high tea with beautifully presented round tables which accommodated our 11 guests comfortably but the food was really disappointing. The pastries were dry and flaky and definitely not freshly made, the scones were hard and the sandwiches had gone stale. I understand our booking was 2pm and we didn’t eat until 3 but it seemed like the food had been sitting out since lunchtime. We thoroughly enjoyed the high tea experience but feel something had to be said about the food standard, even the look of the food wasn’t appealing.

We booked a 2 bed apartment as we were travelling with friends which was airy and bright with a small kitchenette and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a spa bath. Very comfortable beds with tv in every room, including the lounge area. We had a balcony but this is a little too noisy due to the freeway that passes only 50 yards from the front door. We ate in the restaurant twice which has a good choice and it was excellent both times. Try the lamb curry, very tasty. The only thing that marred our visit was one of the restaurant managers who plainly didn't want to serve us when we called in for drinks after arriving from the airport. She was decidedly unwelcoming to the point of rudeness, which continued in to the evening when we ate in the restaurant. Other than that the staff were really good and I must mention Anastasia, from Siberia, who really made up for the previous experience. She was cheerful and helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Stayed for 2 nights. We selected this resort as it was close to where we were going to be spending our days. The good; Fast, professional and friendly check in. All staff were helpful and friendly. We had asked for a balcony if possible and that had been arranged. The pool area was lovely and clean. The not so good; House cleaning the morning after our first night was basic. Apart from the bed made and towels changed very little was done. Other patrons not thinking of others when in their units. I couldn't believe I was woken both morning with thumping and calling out to each other. This is not the resorts fault. Wow will be back.
