Our room was so comfy and stylish , Definately right in the middle of the city, we are able to walk to shopping malls, coffee location, nice restaurants, the bell tower. Customer service was good too. They were helpful in solving my parking problem and effecient in processing our check in.

Very clean room and friendly staff, my only complaint would be that every time anyone near us had a shower or flushed a toilet our room got a loud rattling and buzzing noice from the pipes and it would wake us up. Overall it’s in a good location for its price

overall I was very satisfied with the services and the quality of the room, I would recommend this place to my work mates, location was ideal as most of the shops and restaurants were near by, close to all business venues and the airport.

Great location for a mini break to the West. Public transport both buses and trains were within easy walking distance. Many excellent coffee spots and Resturants nearby. Kitchenette was very useful for our 6 night stay.

our flight arrived in the night, so no chance for us to take the risk to drive in the night to margaret. we booked Citadines in perth. overall it is ok---neat and convenient. hotel staffs are helpful to give us two rooms connect to each other which is easier for us family stay. bathroom is bit strange, maybe they have to consider to give access for disabled people. it is still comfortable to sleep but i think i can only stay there for one night. feel the hotel is more for a quick traveller kind.

Security is an obvious priority at this property. Clean and comfortable, very impressive modern decor. Staff helpful a pretty good location and easy to get around the area. Not far from the beautiful Kings Park.

For visiting Perth the accommodation is in a very good location with easy access to the City and Elizabeth Quay for example. The room had all of the basics you need and was clean. But did not live up to the promise depicted on Certainly overrated. The position to the front of the property was very noisy with the city traffic. The staff were polite but not overly helpful ( with the exception of the night security lady who let us in). We were offered an airport pickup which we booked because it was our first time in Australia and we were arriving at 1am . It did not show up and we were left hanging around the Airport for over an hour trying to phone and get some response. We finally took an airport taxi which worked out cheaper in the end. The response from the hotel was the driver had mixed up am and pm just human error what can you do! This is not a hotel I would recommend or stay in again, it was just not to my liking.

Nothing to fault with this place very clean with great amenities in the spa suit comfortable although bed a bit to soft (just my preference though) serviced discretely while we were out close to city shopping and restaurants and the quay would definitely stay again

We spent four days here in a studio apartment equipped with small fridge, microwave, twin hotplates, toaster, jug, crockery and cutlery for two people. Large very comfortable bed and pillows, large TV good size table, plenty of device charging ports, excellent lighting, iron and ironing board, good size bathroom. Shower hot but water pressure not strong. Staff very good. Offered us umbrellas when it was raining. Woolworths supermarket one block away. The great free CAT inner city bus service had stops within short walk and using this we had no trouble getting round to many of the inner city sites. Information centre one block away with helpful staff. Would stay here again when visiting Perth.

My room came complete with toilet paper with faeces on it in the bathroom, hair on the toilet and previous guests partly used beverages still in the fridge. The room was also generally dirty and didn't appear to have been vacuumed
