- two bedrooms with large king/queen size comfortable beds respectively, and an assortment of pillow options for any preference.
- a single / trundle bed is located in the large main bedroom, along with additional foldable single bed and / or crib as options, upon request.
- a fully equiped modern kitchen
- one modern bathroom with a walk-in shower with with rain-head and hand-held options along with all amenities
- two Smart-TVs and high-speed free internet
- a gas fireplace for added ambiance on those cold winter nights
- central air conditioning
- a private new terrrace with a stunning view of the Tay Basin and Fountain as well as the Crystal Palace for summer markets and special events

Contemporary and modern, our Monte Carlo unit was conceived by interior designer Randa Khoury of "Decor a la Mode" of Perth ON. Randa proudly owns the Studio 87 Fine Art Gallery as well as the lifestyle decor / fashion and furniture boutique, Décor a la mode / Voilà, all located on the ground floor of our 175 year old heritage property.

Please note that we don’t have an elevator so you will have to take stairs to access your unit.

Restaurants are just a short walk away. It’s a perfect oasis for couples, business travellers, and travelers seeking a memorable getaway in Perth.
