"Overall, our stay was decent and the room was spacious, fairly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the coffee was very good.
There were a few issues during our stay. Check-in felt a bit rushed as the staff member was on the phone while handing us our key and we weren’t given directions to our room. We also found food left in the fridge and noticed some makeup smears on the sofa. Staff did apologize when we brought it to their attention, which we appreciated.
One other small frustration was being interrupted twice by housekeeping before the noon checkout time while we were still in the room.
The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but that wasn’t a major concern for us. Overall, it was an okay stay with a few areas that could use improvement."
