The sink stopper was pushed as low as possible so you couldn’t drain water from the sink. We asked for a different room which had such a tight faucet in the tub/shower that I had extreme difficulty turning the water on. I couldn’t turn the water off and had to have my husband turn it off completely.

Room was not properly cleaned. Mold in the bathroom. Extremely noisy as US-75 is right by hotel and the rooms on the "not so noisy" side are all suites so they will not put you there even though the hotel was practically empty.

There were no sheets or blankets for the fold out couch. I called down to ask for some and was told "Yes ma'am, they're kept down here. I'll get some for you." About 20+ minutes go by and we still don't have them. I called again and was told I had to go get them because they can't leave the desk. Would've been nice to know that on 1st call. Bed sheets had several hairs between the layers and folds. Toilet had trouble flushing.
