We stayed for 10 minutes and left! It was absolutely disgusting!! The room smelled like it wasn’t cleaned in months. My kids would t even stay in the room. Then when asked for a refund after being there 10 min, we were told they can’t refund after we have walked into the room. This place needs to be closed down and condemned. Nothing but scam artists here. Stay away

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of coffee and I had to bang on the front office door at 6:55 am to get any. It was not made, so I had to go back. If you have a dog, ask for a room at the end of the building. Otherwise it is a long walk to get to grass for a bathroom break.

The entire property needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Several varieties of crawling bugs in the room. Entry door had a huge gap in the side. Toilet was not firmly attached to the floor. Bathroom door was missing, and staff tried to enter the room a few minutes after we checked in. The bathroom door was replaced, but broken door frame was not fixed. The furnishings were old. Dresser drawers did not properly close. The desk mirror had several stickers on it. I try to use independent hotels when I travel. If I am ever back in Cordele I will not stay here again.

Room was disgusting. Had food on walls, dead bugs everywhere, toilet didn't flush, & TV had no service. We walked in room & 5 min later went to front desk & told them we would not be staying. We had room booked for 2 nights. Told them they could keep 1 days payment but wanted refund on other night payment & was told that was fine. Next day call HOTELS.COM to see about refund & they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help us. Pretty much told us that the hotel has cancellation policy. I explained that I didn't cancel my reservation . I showed up & honored my 1/2 of the deal & CAPITAL INN cordele, GA didn't honor their 1/2 by providing a clean, sanitary, operational room suitable to walk in much less sleep in. Hotels.com & Capital inn are nothing but crooks. I could see this coming from hotel but really thought Hotels.com valued customers more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTELS.COM TO ANYONE.
