This charming villa is a 6-room house spanning 150 m2 on 3 levels and situated on the upper floor. The upper floor can be accessed via an exterior staircase and features a living/dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. There is also an exit to the loggia. The sleeping arrangements on this floor consist of 2 rooms, each with a comfortable double bed and fan, as well as 1 room with 3 beds and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/WC and shower/WC available. The top floor can be accessed via a steep staircase and features a room with sloping ceilings and a comfortable double bed and fan.
