Apartment in Tuscany with Stunning Hilltop Views

This spacious apartment for four people is located on a hilly estate in one of the annexes of a castle on a beautiful hilltop. The estate is known for its excellent olive oil. After the Second World War, Marquis Baldelli, who was the owner at the time, had the castle fully restored and returned to its original glory. Since then, the castle has been towering on top of the hills, proudly keeping watch of its surroundings.

This big apartment has a beautiful view and inside, guests can enjoy a peaceful and rustic atmosphere. The typical, robust, wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors carry the spirit of Tuscany. In the evenings, guests can spend time in front of the big fireplace, accompanied by travel companions and a crackling fire. In addition, from the spacious living room there is a breathtaking view over the sloping landscape.

The estate lies between the cultural cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, making it the perfect starting point for a Tuscan quest.

Mooi centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes naar Florence, Siena, Arezzo etc. Ligt boven op een heuvel waardoor je een super mooi uitzicht hebt, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts. Veel leuke Ristorantjes in de buurt. Prima groot zwembad beschikbaar incl. Diversen speeltoestellen. Laatste 2 km van de toegangs weg is niet verhard .

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door twee dames. We kregen meteen wat te drinken aangeboden. Ze leidden ons uitgebreid rond over het terrein en door ons appartement. Onze woonkamer op de tweede verdieping bood een fantastisch uitzicht aan 2 kanten op de Toscaanse heuvels. Prachtig! Bijzonder om in een huis uit 1700 te verblijven met de facaliteiten uit onze tijd. Fijne tuin, heerlijk zwembad met veel ligbedden en relaxstoelen, fijne Italiaanse bewoners... Mooie omgeving met kleine dorpjes, maar in een half uur met de auto ben je in Arezzo. Een mooie, maar vrij rustige stad.
