If a room is available we usually stay at this location when visiting family in or near Peoria. Staff was helpful & friendly, room was comfortable, breakfast was adequate; the only negatives are the parking lot in poor condition and it would be nice if the main door opened automatically. How much was that really cost? Nearby Perkins Restaurant offers good food and gives a discount when you show your room key.

The beds were comfortable, the room quiet and breakfast decent. The hotel “accepts” pets but charges a $25 pet cleaning fee regardless of pet - my 20# pet does not shed, sleeps in a kennel and causes far less need for extra cleaning than most young children. La Quinta properties do not up charge when traveling with 4-legged family members, which is why LQ is where I book almost exclusively. Unfortunately there was not one near the medical facility we needed to visit.

This was a decent hotel for a place to crash. We prefer a hotel with a hot tub, but we didn't come to Peoria to sit around in a hotel. We had a comfortable nights rest. The only thing that was a concern was that we could hear a guy in the next room talking on the phone. We didn't hear anything else the rest of the time, so we're not sure if he was talking really loud or the hotel has thin walls.

I like this place; will probably stay here again when I travel through here. The front desk is welcoming, the place is clean and nice, there are a couple of restaurants right in front for convenience, good Wi-Fi here, good complimentary breakfast, and the suites have a fridge and microwave.

This hotel is off the beaten path, the front desk and housekeepers were friendly and the Breakfast had good selection, the room was comfortable with a couch and larger work desk. They also have plenty of outlets buy the bed and desk.

Great bed. Always #1 on our list, well appointed rooms with a comfortable sofa to relax & watch TV from. Good size bath with enough room to move about. Several breakfast choices to get us on the road.

1st time staying here and we are pleasantly surprised! Nice big room...beds are comfy but pillows smell terrible! Maids are very pleasant and friendly! Breakfast was good! A nice choice of food! We will probably come again! Can't comment on pool because I didn't use it but fitness room was good!

I booked a room last minute without any problems. The room was large and comfortable, and the guy up front was very friendly and welcoming. The only fault is the breakfast is sub-par, but the good news is there is a Perkins right next door!

We were traveling with small dogs, and there was plenty of well lit space to walk the dogs. The hotel was nice and quiet, even though it is conveniently right off an interstate. There are restaurants and shopping very close by, so it is convenient to many areas. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, in a clean environment. The rooms are very roomy, including plenty of counter space in the bathroom, with a nice shower. But the very best thing about the hotel was the fabulously comfortable beds and pillows -- made for great sleeping!!

We were with a bus group. We stayed here our last night out. It was a real pleasure to have desk people who understood us as only Midwest born and raised people could. The desk clerk was very helpful, friendly and gracious. She cheerfully, efficiently helped us. The facilities were clean; the room comfortable, the price right, the continental breakfast very good.
