The room was okay but the bed was hard and the sofa bed was terrible. You couldn't sleep on it because you could feel the mattress springs throughout the bed. There were cobwebs everywhere, old curtains that should have been thrown out along with the sofa bed. The positive was the lake and it's beautiful beaches.

A lovely property to stay at for the price we paid. Parking was a bit difficult as our vehicle is quite large and the spots were quite small. The room was comfortable, we heard a lot of noise during the time spent - could have been the air conditioners from above rooms. The check in personal were so friendly and accommodating - we arrived 1 hour early and they let us check in. All in all, if looking for a place to sleep for several hours, the Sunny Beach motel met our requirements.

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. Friendly staff. Not real modern but very clean. Nice location for our dog with a wonderful green park on the beach right across the street. Convenient parking although it's very tight. The only suggestion I would make is having a TV in the bedroom, but there is a TV in the living area.
