Nice property. Parking is tight. The bunkroom could use some sort of privacy current as it is just open to the upstairs living area. Nice spot if you can get access to the boat dock and bring your boat.

Banana Bay

Gated community was very friendly and felt like home. Pool was nice and the beach was fantastic! Property was clean and welcoming and larger than expected. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

2024 Spring Break

property was just as advertised. Loved the seclusion and quietness and the private beach. Only issue was went to make coffee and no coffee filters. I expected to have to provide my own coffee, but not necessarily the filters. not a good start after arriving late and needing coffee in the morning. otherwise everything was great. Everything was clean but when jets in tubs were turned on black stuff came out. needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Checkout instructions said to tell Alexa we were leaving, we could find no "Alexa" in the kitchen.

Great location!

Convenient location and really cute, colorful community! The pool was nice and the inlet beach was convenient to take the kids to. Close to grocery store and lots of restaurants.

Spacious--very nice having private beach for grandson to play on. Adults enjoyed hot tub--too early for pool. House spacious--beds not as comfortable as I'd hoped. Found some memory foam toppers as we were cleaning up.... Better knives needed--cutting food, especially bread was hard. Needed more kitchen essentials: trash bags, dish washing pods, laundry detergent, coffee filters. Also, had problems with remotes--new batteries needed. Other than that, good location. Enjoyed our time and had space for our larger group to spread out (8 adults, 1 child).

Great family location

This house had everything we needed for a week long stay. We were able to sit and have dinner as a group as well as cook dinner as a family. We had plenty of space wether it was inside, outside, upstairs or down. We loved this place.

We had a great vacation (you will want to stay here to!)

This property was almost perfect. Across the street from the pool, 2 min walk to the private inlet beach, & lots of space in the condo for all 8 of us to spread out & relax. We will be coming back to this location. Everyone in our family had a blast & all of us said it was a great condo. There was so much to do in the area we didn't get it all done. If you are traveling with a lot of people there are a few things to keep in mind. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom for our stay. Maybe if we had called the manager's office they could have had more sent over. We did not try that though b/c the need was not known until 1 of the kids yelled that they were out. We were headed out anyway, so we just grabbed some. On the Walmart trip (less than 15 mins away) we grabbed paper towels, windex, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. Again only one roll of paper towels and they were the super cheap kind (also probably could have had another roll sent over, but we were already going to Wal-Mart). You need a way to clean up messes easily on vacation, windex & paper towels are a must! We only got 3 dish washer tabs at check in. For most families this is fine, but we were trying to save money by eating breakfast, lunch, and a few dinners in the condo. We had 8 at each meal so were running the dishwasher daily & would need more than 3 tabs. There was no dish soap at all. Either ask at the beginning of your stay for more soaps & stuff or bring your own.

Cleaning before we got there was ok? We found broken glass swept under a rug upstairs ..sheets upstairs were under comforter not on bed .. but the biggest complaint was dishes to cook with .. we had to go buy some just to make food

Perdido Key Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here with 2 children, 2 older teens, and 2 adults. Plenty of room for all and 3 showers is a plus! We enjoyed the water access on the intercoastal, and our favorite Johnson Beach was a quick 5-minute drive. Communication was friendly and efficient, and after-hours check-in was seamless. A few signs of wear (stains on couches and rugs) but clean overall. Relaxing week!

Quick Easy Trip

Overall clean and conveniently located on Perdio Key. Unit has all the basic furnishings and everything was in working order. Very quiet location and easy to access. Suggestion for the internet access - make a card with the log-in and password, currently you have to turn over the router and figure out what to use.

This was a very nice property and was accurately described. The location was wonderful. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We could never get on the Wi-Fi but one of us had a hotspot. The only other negative was some trash was found under one of the beds and there was a dirty washcloth in one of the bathrooms. But, We would definitely come back!

Family vacation

My family and I never stay at the same home twice bu this one we would! Check in was not bad, but our keys were in another mailbox and I was on edge due to the long drive and just ready to unwind. I called the after hours number and was instantly given our gate code, and door code was easy fix! Signing of paper work next day quick and fast! Staff was very friendly! The home was clean but there were some spots that missed, easy fix being that I always clean upon entering any vacation home. Location and community is a perfect relaxation spot and short drive to the night life which I personally enjoyed! Plenty of room on the rental so my family of 6 would not be on top of each other actually more maybe 8 or 9 could fit plenty of beds to spare. Freebies offered were a huge plus with my family as well. I did bring more toilet paper, paper towel, seasoning, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Some provide you with a day supply but I learned over the years it's better to be over prepared. The occupants included 3 adults, 2 teens and a toddler. Oh no need to bring anything for the beach as the closet downstairs has everything needed for the kids. If I'm not mistaken there is an umbrella, googles, floats etc. We had our own coolers due to having a diabetic son so I didn't check for a cooler. We did spend time at the private beach, pool and gym and just meeting the locals who live there (great people!)Great place you will not be disappointed at the Banana house! Schtara :)
