Property is acceptable! ORBITZ was awful!! Half of reservation was unfunded by ORBITZ. Hotel would not allow check-in until ORBITZ funded the hotel. I was required to call ORBITZ, wait, wait, talk to off conus customer service (awful) waited for customer service to find reservation, then waited again to hear back from customer service. 35 minute check-in, UNACCEPTABLE!

The WoodSpring Suites, was a new place to stay for me. I was only in town one night for some business. I found the hotel to be clean, the employees at both check in and out were pleasant, appropriately talkative, while efficiently attending to their duties. I didn’t like that there was no one at the front desk after 8PM.
Definitely would not stay here again. Room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and they only gave enough towels for 2 people even though we had a double room with 4 people. Not even sure what the smell was in the hallway.
The property was on an easy access road and not far from places to eat, and only about 20min from family. I did drop my phone on the floor near the bed and found out that under the bad was not clean. Security was great and resident there were friendly.
Overall is good. Unfortunately, the rooms are not sufficiently noise proofed for the neighboring room, the guest had TV on 24 hours?
Outside is clean. Check in was prompt. Room lacked a lot. It was an efficiency but had only two bath towels, no hand towels or wash clothes. Also did not have anything to wash dishes with. Floor felt like it had not been swept and my husband had to go to front desk and ask for anew bottom sheet as his had a footprint on it. He was given new sheet but not asked why it was needed or asked to assist
This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at with my family. Cockroach in the room. Moved to a new room within minutes of being in the first one due to dog hair everywhere and a strong odor. Got to second room and it was almost just as bad. There was a different odor in every place we went. The elevator smelled like smoke, the hallways had this rediculous odor as well well as out room, which had a mildew odor. I would never even recommend this hotel to my enemy.
Price of Room Walls were paper thin Could here people walking and making noise all hours of the day and night! Unable to sleep ever night because of noise. Also found out that this hotel rented by the month etc. would not have made reservations if I knew! Price was the only reason! Ever other hotel in Pensacola is price gouging this time of year.
SMOKE FREE PROPERTY!!!! It’s great to be in a place with no bad smell
The place was very clean and comfortable. For the price and the amenities it comes with, you can't go wrong.

The front desk staff was friendly. I would not call the room a suite. We had two double beds and a kitchenette ( refrigerator, stove top, microwave) where the closet would normally be. No shampoo, lotion, iron, hairdryer in the room. Elevator & stairwells reeked of cigarettes. No pool or gym.
Stayed in a non smoking room, but it reeked of smoke and there were burn marks in the carpet.

Regarding the lobby hours, since we are more of an extended stay we do offer limited hours unlike most hotels you may be used to. Thank you for your feedback. We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing. We will also address the issues with the unpleasant odors with our housekeeping team for immediate action and review.
