Octopus House Review

Overall. The house was very nice, and a perfect size for our party. There were a couple of concerns that I had regarding the experience…we were never sent check-in instructions prior to arriving at the property, and when requesting check in instructions the property never answered the provided phone number. We had to contact the help center to get check-in information, and then the information that was sent was incorrect. We waited about 40 minutes outside of the property to get the correct code for entry due to the owners being unresponsive, not very professional. Also, towards the end of our visit the shower stopped working…I completely understand that things break, it was just unfortunate that there were a couple of major inconveniences that I have never experienced at other properties
