W0305: New to the rental market! Bring your boat or jet ski's, we offer a boat dock with trailer parking while you use your boat and a launch for a perfect day to go to Fort McRee or Robinson Island. This lovely two bedroom unit is located on the third floor on the west side of Eden. The spacious kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets, granite counter tops and a unique butcher block island and seating. A king size bed is in the master bedroom, flat screen TV and there is a private bath that features a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed to accommodate a couple or for your children and also has a large Tv. This unit has a guest bathroom that has a shower/tub combo right across from the laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a new 65 inch flat screen TV; there is a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows this property to comfortably sleep 6 people. You can take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony featuring pub height that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. This property has a stand alone ice maker perfect for an ice cold beverage. Eden features Cox Cable and free WiFi.
