The spacious, open living area leads directly to the gulf-front balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs and two chaise lounges—the perfect spot for enjoying sunrises, sunsets, or dining al fresco with the sounds of the waves.



*Bedrooms and Bathrooms



- Gulf Front Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, comfortable bedding, smart TV, balcony access, and a sizable walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with an oversized jetted garden tub, a separate travertine-tiled glass shower, and double vanities with quartz countertops.

- First Guest Bedroom: Furnished with a queen-size bed, comfortable bedding, TV, and an en suite bathroom. This room has access to the small north balcony.

- Second Guest Bedroom: Furnished with two twin beds, comfortable bedding, TV, and an en suite bathroom. This room also has access to the small north balcony.

- Additional Sleeping: A full sleeper sofa is provided in the living room.
