The front desk service was horrible. It took approximately twenty minutes before an attendant presented himself for us to check in. There was a group of motorcyclist on property. They sat there raising their engines. The attendant went outside and motioned for them to stop. They left fast and loud with music blaring. They returned around 12:30 am with loud noise and music in addition to standing outside talking loudly. Nothing was done. The bathroom was not clean. You could see the dark ring on the sink from where a bottle had been sitting. Apparently housekeeping doesn’t clean thoroughly.

The hot tub was not in working condition. The night front desk person was less than friendly. Could not get the T.V. to work until our 2nd day. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The day shift employees were nice and polite. The room was clean.

Staff and service was impeccable! Property and the room very clean and comfy. Hot breakfast and dining area was delicious and clean. I would have rated 5 stars overall except I had booked the hotel because of the advertised guest laundry amenity, However that amenity was out of service for the duration of my 4-night stay. I did confirm with staff that no other on-site laundry was available.

Stinky but nice

I was on the 1st floor in the back side and there was a skunk outside and it was smelly about 75% of the time. They need to work on critter control. Especially SKUNKS!

We had a major problem when the Fire Alarm System went off at 2:00 am when we were all asleep and hotel had no way to inform us to evacuate. No call to room phones, no loudspeaker announcement capability, only one overnight staff person to come up to floors to inform us if it was a false alarm. After fire department completed inspection. They cleared us to return to rooms but unfortunately we were on 4th floor and there was one elevator and Fire Lieutenant could not reset it with their key so we were forced to walk up 4 flights of stairs and I have a bad hip. Going down stairs and back up was painful. Hotel made no offer to Comp our room and they closed the breakfast area exactly 10 am when many guests slept later so we had a miserable night and no breakfast. Would not stay again and I highly recommend anyone with a mobility issue not stay above 2nd floor ever. Manager following morning wasn’t very compassionate about what we endured.

We had a handicapped accessible room, next to back exit on ground floor. Very noisy and room above had kids jumping around. Room did not enough lights, especially for older people, and fridge was very noisy. But it had a small freezer, good to refreeze ice packs. Ice dispenser was on 2nd floor, inconvenient. Breakfast was good, egg white omelet, bacon, sausage, potatoes along with usual items. Parking was fine, bed was comfortable. Just stayed one night on roadtrip to CA
