The first floor has a large family room which leads out to the covered patio and flows right over to the open kitchen, a pantry and an island bar. You will also find bedroom 1 with its adjoining bath, a laundry room, and a 1/2 bath on the home's main level. On the second floor are the additional bedrooms and a spacious game/bonus room with a closet for extra storage. Bedroom 2 has its own private bath, and the other full bath is shared by bedroom 3 and 4 and both offer walk-in closets.

Free Parking on the premises for 2 cars. Kindly note that there are also 2 street parking spaces, but they're not always guaranteed.

The Red Tape:

★ FURRY FRIENDS ★
- Prior approval required. Allow up to 2 dogs for additional fee per pet, pet per stay
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in loss of security deposit to cover Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.


★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. City quiet hours are 10 pm - 8am and are strictly enforced. To be considerate of our neighbors and community, violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental and deposit funds.

★ BOOKING DETAILS ★

We do require our guests to be 21 or older to rent. ID verification is required and guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us. An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $500 must be completed at time of booking. A hold will be applied on credit card 3 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Refunds, where applicable, are less a $150 cancellation fee.
