W103 - This gorgeous, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit is on the first floor on the west side of Eden. The master bedroom has a king size bed with brand new Novaform memory foam mattress along with a new 58 inch flat screen TV. It has a newly remodeled private bathroom that features a soaking tub with a walk in tiled shower and two vanities. The guest bedroom has two double beds with brand new memory foam mattresses and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination with two sinks. A hotel quality memory foam easy folding rolling bed is in the master closet to provide flexibility in sleeping options. The living room has a large 60 inch flat screen Smart HDTV with web browser and Netflix and DVD player. The couch and the chair have power recliners to get the most comfortable spot for you and make reclining effortless. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinets. This unit has a very large extended balcony that is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room and private to the unit. There are two chaise loungers for sunbathing and there is pub height patio furniture on the balcony for dining outside. It is one of only three units that has this extra large patio that is in the middle of the condominium. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the outside balcony.
