When returning home from evacuation from hurricane Irma, not many hotels available and was traveling with one dog. For the cost of the room, it was very small for a suite, it would have been uncomfortable for more than one night. The owner has a $100 "cleaning" fee for pets, most hotels were waving these fees for evacuees. And most fees are $20 at most. We had to call down twice to get the TV to work properly, and the breakfast was average - below expectations. Not much enthusiasm toward pleasing guests. Staff was pleasant. Probably will not stay in this chain of hotels again.

I have nothing to complain about this hotel. The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. The only down side was that the bathroom kind had bad smell and amenities were minimal. I wish they had more breakfast variety but I enjoyed what they had. Good location and easy to find.

Just what me and my family needed a home away from home. Room was clean, staff was amazing and helpful, location was ideal just a few minutes drive to everywhere. Will definitely stay their again.

Front desk staff was excellent ,friendly and efficient

The room met my basic needs. I booked here because other locations had more room than a standard hotel room. That was not the case at this location but it didn't affect my stay in a negative way at all.

The hotel was nice and clean close to everything i was looking for the only problem was they didn't tell me about the non refundable pet deposit. The staff was helpful and the room was comfy.

Very helpful and friendly check-in personnel. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed at TownePlace Suites to visit son at Pensacola NAS. Took about 15-30 minutes (depending on traffic) to get to and from. TPS was about the same to Pensacola beach. Easy travel. Seemed nicer than some of the places closer that might be used by more of the younger crowd... soooo much quieter and relaxing... Pool was small but clean and cozy.....

This was a nice stay for a quick two night visit to my ladyfriend, who lives in the Pensacola area with a roommate. The hotel was nice and quiet, and we found the single room to be more than accommodating. It had a full size 'fridge, small cook top, dishwasher, and enough kitchenware to make do. The room was clean and up-to-date, with a nice bathroom and two closets. The television was at a slightly odd angle to view from the bed, but wasn't a major problem. The room also had a nice built in desk and chair to relax in.

The hotel was overall good, the room was clean and well stocked with more than enough housewares. The room was quiet and the staff were helpful and always willing to give answers and provide recommendations. The housekeeping did leave a little to be desired. We found food from a previous guest in some of the cabinets as well as the cap from a bottle underneath the sheets.

I was in town visiting family. The price, location, and cleaniness was GREAT! The parking lot had great lighting at night and I felt very safe.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH FITTING MY NEEDS THEY CLEAN THE ROOM LIKE CRAZY WHICH IS GREAT IT ALL WAYS FEELS GOOD TO WALK INTO A ROOM WHEN U JUST GOT BACK FROM THE BEACH AND ITS ALL CLEAN AND LOOKS LIKE THE FIRST DAY U ENTERED THE ROOM LIKE IT WAS A STILL PICTURE GREAT JOB

Very nice, compact kitchenette for very reasonable price! Full-size refrig but closet space is cramped. Location is very central for the Pensacola area, but you do need a car. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is neither served, nor is there one within walking distance, but the Marriott Courtyard next door has a passable buffet for $8 (powdered eggs - yuck!), but you can always cook your own in the room.

Just a quick stop overnight, to fly out of PNS. The place is close to the airport, safe neighborhood, clean, and quiet. My only gripe is that I called the front desk for an extra pillow and they asked me if i did'nt mind coming down and getting it, now i'm not lazy but are'nt we paying for the services of the establishment during our stay? Then when I went to get the pillow the front door person gave me the third degree on why i needed an extra pillow and how when he was younger he slept with no pillows, etc... well you get the idea. No real complaints just don't stay when the front door person is not in a good mood.

- I did not know I was getting an extended stay hotel complete with dishwasher, sink, dishes, pots and pans, refrig and microwave. - No breakfast buffet. - Pool outside by parking lot, bad location, no privacy - Neat and clean, but small rooms - Ok but not classy at all.

Very pleased with my stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
