Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room on the other hand was not so impressive. The ac was so loud, it woke us up. Bathroom door stuck and made a terrible sound. Microwave was filthy. I found item in the room from previous guest I assume. No wi/fi and the pool and spa were closed for repair. Would have liked to have know ahead of time.

Staff was courteous; common areas like the breakfast room and lobby were good. Our room had a big stain on the roll down blinds, shower stall discolored from grout? (stains), lots of nicks in furniture - generally room looks 'sad' and seen better days. (Some common furniture also clearly had stains). Cleaning people did not show up first day; second day they showed up at 8:30 am and asked if we wanted them to come in and we were not prepared to have them do anything (too early!) Breakfast was good and employees were attentive there. Laundry room facilities were not good - machines were not all working and we lost money (which the hotel will not reimburse :( ) For the money it was an average experience and I'm not sure I would recommend.

the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. there was a rip in the sheet on one of the beds. the mattress needed to be replaced, you sunk into them because the were worn out
