This Best Western was clean, the staff was so friendly welcoming and professional. I will now look for Best Western in any stays I visit looking for the same type of stay I experienced here in Pensacola. Every morning they provided a Delicious hot breakfast with many choices to choose from. The waffles are hands down my favorite.

It was WONDERFUL to receive fresh towels every day! The breakfast here is incredible! So much variety and much attention given to those with dietary restrictions—Especially sugar-free & Gluten-free. The breakfast staff are amazing. The room was less comfortable than expected as the air conditioning unit in the room failed to regulate the humidity so the carpets & bedding were damp every night. It was exceptionally clean, or I would have been concerned for mold. The entry smelled of stale cigarette smell, but the rest of the hotel was clean-smelling. Overall, I highly recommend

We had a really great stay in this hotel, cleaning service was outstanding, breakfast options were plentiful and a staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early which we were grateful for. The swimming pool was nice and clean and not over chlorinated which was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.
