We had a great time. The pool was fantastic. Master bedroom bed was less than desirable. The other rooms were great. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful. I felt as though we were the loudest there.

Perdido Key Review

This house was perfect for our family beach getaway. The private pool and house being walking distance to the beach was awesome. The host also had great communication which was helpful. The air conditioner went out while we were there and she had someone come out to fix it within two hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

We had a great stay at this home. The property is what made it fantastic. It is located in a quiet area away from the busy areas of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but close enough to get there quickly as needed. The outdoor area was wonderful with a great pool, patio, and access to the inner-coastal water at the back of the property. The home met our family's needs with accommodating bedrooms, living space, and kitchen. The communication with Kathryne was wonderful...accessible, prompt, and answered any questions.

Wonderful!

Beautiful property with so much to offer! Easy access to water with jet ski dry dock. Backyard is an oasis with everything you could ever want for a nice, fun, relaxing trip! Kathryne was great, very responsive and kind. Will be booking again in the future!

Great home!

Overall the experience was wonderful! The owner was a joy to work with and was quick to respond. The public access that is the closest to the house was closed and after talking to the visitor center, we learned it has been closed for a while. One of the reasons we picked the house was the quick walk to the beach and was disappointed to learn it wasn't available. There is an access point semi-walking distance away, but not easy with kids or walking back wet. That said, the good news is the close access point should be opening next week! Less than a mile away is a public access with parking and we ended up using that. The pool is great! The pictures don't do it justice. It is bigger than expected and was a great way to close out our day. There were a few issues with the settings, but still a great experience. The only downside to the pool is the finishing on the bottom and sides is rough and left all the kids in our group with scrapes.

Very nice rental property

Overall the property is great. We were able to dock our boat and go fishing and cruising almost every day. Had a few minor issues but was able to communicate with the owner to resolve them quickly. The new pool is fantastic.

BOOK THIS PLACE

Seriously, look no further. This house was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and was just like the pictures. The pool was used multiple times a day and the backyard is absolutely stunning! We fished, built sandcastles, listened to the Bluetooth speakers and swam in out private pool. The house was close to everything we did. 12 of use all were amazed with the cleanliness and decorative house as well as all the extra amenities provided. The beach is right up the road and I would definitely stay here again! Best vacation rental I have ever stayed at! You wont regret picking this beautiful home!

Great Spot!

Just got back from our weekend Perdido Key. The weather did not cooperate, but the rental was perfect. Great pool, great, sandy backyard, and great boat dock for kayaking/paddle boarding/boating/fishing. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Would go back!

Amazing back yard!

The house was great. The back yard was amazing! We fished a ton in the canal and swam in the pool every day. Communication with the owner was a breeze! Would absolutely stay again!
