Fantastic family-friendly beachfront rental! The views were incredible, the location couldn’t be better, and the home had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Easy beach access made traveling with kids so enjoyable, and the property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back.

Although we scheduled our visit to coincide with the Blue Angels Air Show, which was ultimately cancelled due to the Government shutdown we were not disappointed. The condo was a very relaxing experience. The condo was well supplied with everything needed. Contact with the owner was easy and very responsive. We were there in early November. The beach, restaurants, stores, and roads were never crowded.

A we stayed 5 nights and could not have been more pleased . Definitely will return to this destination again. The location of the condominium was excellent pool and beach area was beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

The condo was very nice. Had two sofa sleepers. The only thing that would help is more parking. If the owners are not there they should let the person renting the condo use their parking space. They also need another elevator. There are to many people for just two elevators.

Great location and shower was amazing. All great except for not enough parking to accommodate guests. We came back after dinner and lot and overflow lot was full. We called management and no response. Tow away zone in all surrounding areas.

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was exactly as expected regarding cleanliness and location. We were greatly impressed with the owners supplying soaps, trash bags, and other cleaning items to get through our stay. The board games and books were a nice touch and useful on the rainy days. We have been going down to Florida for spring break for several years. This was our favorite location and we plan to return!

Girls trip

My Dad passed away recently so we wanted to take my Mom on a girls trip. We had the best time. The condo was AMAZING! They do a great job making sure you have enough of everything. We will definitely be going back. Condo was very clean, the pools are ere great and it’s right on the beach. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect vacation rental!

This was our first vacation and I was absolutely amazed with this condo. It was clean, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. This place definitely did not feel like a hotel, felt like a home away from home. The wifi didn’t lag, the hot water stayed hot, and the air didn’t freeze up. I will never rent another property for our vacation as long as this one is available! Thank you for making our first family vacation a memorable one!

Family Fun in May

The condo was great; it easily slept four adults and two children. The view from the balcony of our condo was beautiful. The owners of this condo have left extras like nice beach towels and board games to play; this was great for some relaxing evening time. Accessing the beach and pool was, for the most part, easy. The building only has two elevators, and one quit working for a day during our stay; this caused long waits for the elevator. Luckily, our condo was on the second floor, so taking the stairs was easy. Our family would book this condo again if we returned to Perdido Key!
