The room was dirty and had a terrible smell. The bathroom extractor didn’t work. The lady that helped us with the check in sounded sick (with some kind of severe cold). Then, she told us how unsafe was the area and made some jokes about the truck driver killer or something like that. I felt I paid a lot for a mediocre stay. Never coming back.

The property was beautiful our room was very nice! My only complaint was that they didn't serve a full breakfast every day because if a certain employee didn't show they had no one to back up that person. You would think they had some way to make breakfast without just depending on one person. Other than that I highly recommend

Nothing really. Except I think the little coffee singles were missing from the room. Normally, I like coffee in the room.

The property was beautiful our room was very nice! Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances our breakfast attendant missed the morning of your stay. We do offer breakfast sandwiches and hard boiled eggs that are available from 6:30 to 9:30am as well as other cold items that do not require cooking and temperature monitoring. Once again, please accept our apologies for all the inconveniences experienced due to this situation. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Hello! and thank you for this 5 star review. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, all additional amenities have been removed from the rooms. I apologise the front desk staff didnt offer the coffee supplies at check in. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again in the future.
