The room only had 4 towels nothing else. The bathroom floor was very dirty. Our room was not in good shape. The bed was very comfortable and the towels smelled so fresh. Every one was just as helpful as they could be! Kind & courteous !!!

The evening check in host was absolutely amazing. She was there for anything I needed and so helpful. We had a pretty nice stay for our mini vacation. Only issue was the shower leaked no matter what and that was the downside.

The staff was awesome! Tara and Rodney were so helpful to us! My husband is wheelchair bound and was having trouble getting into our SUV and Rodney helped put him in the SUV for me! Tara was very personable and helpful as well!!

Staff were incredibly friendly; check-in between 9:00-10:00 p.m. lost me the king room I booked putting me in a double Queen. Someone else’s clothing was left in the room under the air conditioner. All else was good.
