Just had an amazing week with my family enjoying this spacious, week-equipped condo, and enjoying a magical view of the Gulf of Mexico. As my family is aging (!) the single drawback is the lack of an elevator. This is a quiet, beautiful, (nearly) perfect beach vacation spot.

The location was great, just a few steps away from the gorgeous beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was also decorated very well not to much clutter for small children to get into.

Home away from home

Our first family trip to Pensacola could not have been any better! This beachfront condo exceeded our expectations in comfort, attention to detail, prompt communication, and thoughtful consideration of items to make our stay the most enjoyable. - Many useful housewares and amenities, but also plenty of free storage space- Beautifully decorated, not cluttery- Clear checkin/out instructions as well as quick responses from host if needed - Close to area attractions with the benefit of being on a quieter part of the strand. The *only* things we were mindful of was: having neighbors above and to one side of us, and keeping doors and curtains closed as the AC unit was trying to maintain cool temps - with that said, we barely heard any sounds from the neighbors, and each room includes ceiling fans and/or box fans to help with temperatures. Thank you so much for providing a place where we truly felt comfortable and at home. We plan to visit again!

Perfect beach condo

First of all the condo is much better than the pictures show. It was recently renovated and everything was gorgeous. The beds were so comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. We were steps from the beach and it wasn't crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Condo, Close To Everything

What more could you ask for? Waking up every morning hearing the waves hitting the beach near feet away. This beautiful condo is well furnished and clean. The condo is close to restaurants and the center of Pensacola Beach but far enough away to enjoy a quiet relaxing stay. We are looking forward to returning next.

Locked out for four hours

Five guests were locked out of the rental for four hours because of a faulty key pad. We returned from the beach in wet swim suits, barefoot, without any money or car keys to grab dinner and were locked out from 7:20 pm until 11:20 pm. We missed dinner and our last night of fun. Not only were we hungry when we made entry, but we had to hurriedly pack for checkout the next morning. Vacation Southern Rentals let us down by not expediting our entry and leaving us, literally, in the cold. For four hours! I will never rent from them again.

Short but sweet, at Starboard Village

The property and the unit was beautiful, very clean and light colors, which I love. I would definitely consider booking this unit again. Other than a check out time of 9am, everything was very accommodating.

Great stay at Starboard Village

Great location, very roomy. Great view. Had one small problem with a broken can opener, which was replaced the same day!! Amazing service.
