"The hotel is much larger than it appears on the website. It is off the main strip but you don't feel it. Staff was extremely nice. Lobby coffee and water were convenient, and good coffee! Breakfast service is very basic. Don't expect eggs and bacon! There was no fridge in the room. I don't know if some rooms have fridges or not. Laundry room in the basement, at no charge! Convenient location close to attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean. The kids enjoyed it. Pleasant stay. I would stay there again."

"My stay here was very nice. The room was pretty clean and having the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus because every time I went to the pool it was crowded. I didn’t expect the room having a fake fireplace which added a nice ambiance. The only issue I had was right after I got to the room and I couldn’t lock the safe like the batteries were dead because none of the buttons worked. I called the front desk and they informed me that it would take a little time for maintenance to get there to fix it. When I checked out this morning 3 days later it still wasn’t fixed."

Eden Resort and Suites, BW Premier Collection

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. We spent two nights in a 2 room suite, rented a cabana and spent time by the pool. It wasn't overly crowded, the room was a good size and the pools were nice. One was very cold and one was warmer. Our cabana was a good size, though the TV wasn't working and the stand just shrugged their shoulders, there was no table to eat there in the cabana and the food options were quite limited from splashers food truck. Be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty at all which was insane to me at a family resort where one pool does have a 9 foot section. The food there was pretty tasteless. We had dinner one night at bistro amd the drinks and good were pretty awful. We had breakfast at Arthur's which was also mediocre."
