A modern contemporary, private pool villa, complete with its very own adult slider! This impressive villa is finished to the highest of standards, with large smart TV, full European kitchen with gas cooking facilities & washing machine.
Less than 300m walk to the beach you are surrounded by some of the very best restaurants, 5 star hotels, and beach clubs. Terminal 21 is a 5 minute drive by car.
The space
Four well sized double bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms with shower and complimentary toiletries for all guests. There is a large open plan living / dining room with full sized pool table, Karaoke system and big screen smart tv. There is a very nice covered outdoor terrace perfect for evening drinks or dinner, plus an extensive sun deck for during the day while relaxing by the private pool.
