Our stay was ok overall. The parking situation was a bit confusing, and the first front desk staff member we spoke with wasn’t very friendly during check-in, possibly due to some difficulty finding our second booking. The walls are thin, and we could hear a lot of noise from our neighbors, including construction starting around 6 a.m., which made it hard to sleep. The hotel is a bit farther from the beach, but we didn’t mind since the area was less busy with traffic. Also worth noting: the room is checked before checkout is confirmed.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights during late November and early December. The weather was excellent, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive, and I would like to share a detailed review to help future guests. Room & Housekeeping The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team is outstanding; they consistently keep the room fresh and tidy throughout your stay. Facilities The gym and swimming pool are acceptable and serve their purpose, though they are not exceptional. The hotel also has a small shop, which is convenient if you need to buy essentials quickly. There is also a massage service and a salon available on-site. Location & Accessibility The location is decent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Transportation is very easy, as the hotel provides convenient access for getting in and out. Food & Breakfast The breakfast selection is good, with a variety of options to start your day. Family-Friendly Environment The hotel is very suitable for families and children. However, because many families stay here, it can be a little noisy at times. Staff The staff are excellent; friendly, attentive, and always trying their best to help with anything you need. rooms. *“Some noise is expected due to children, as well as from outside because the hotel is located on the main street.” *For solo travelers, this hotel may not be the best choice if you want to be close to Pattaya’s main activity.

Renewal is for giving better services not reverse

I have been this hotel several times, but this time I got a little disappointed. After renewal, There is not any Drawer or table to put your Staffs and Luggage. Before I was putting my Medications and Test Machines and other things in drawers to be easy to access them but this time has to keep them in luggage and it was headache Also I had to put the open luggage on the floor and bend for picking up my staffs and clothes. Also washing the dishes that you used to heat foods in microwave is impossible without messing arund. I never will return.

Of the hotels I've stayed at in Thailand this is my favourite so far. Firstly, the bed is actually comfortable. The staff are very friendly. There are bowls and plates in the room with a kitchen sink. There is an appartment sized fridge. My only complain is the bedding gives me a very mild rash that goes away very quickly in the morning. I assume the sheets are not rinsed quite as well as they should be and I am sensitive to the detergent they use. This probably won't be an issue for most people. Other than that I am very happy with this hotel. I've stayed here almost 2 months now. Definitely recommended.
