LK Metropole Pattaya

The location is fine and although the hotel needs updating the rooms are spacious and clean. However, what really disappointed me about this hotel is that the hotel seemed to offer no compassion at all to a booking error I had made. I arrived on a Saturday night to find I had actually booked the next Saturday for two nights. Once we realised I'd booked a non-refundable room the hotel explained I would first have to contact to ask about a refund. I did this immediately and then paid for the two nights I actually needed to stay at the hotel. I was contacted by and they said they had contacted LK Metropole to ask about a refund. When I checked out I was told it was against hotel policy to offer a refund for the following weekend's booking. The booking error was my fault and if it is a hotel policy I can't grumble too much about the staff who explained the situation to me. However, I feel I could have been offered more compassion regarding the error. They were quick to take my money and only confirmed they would definitely be charging me for the next weekend as well when I checked out!

Our one bedroom suite overlooking the pool was very spacious and comfortable. The King bed was excellent. The bathroom had a separate shower with a shower/tub combination. The double glazed doors kept the room quiet. The staff were friendly especially the cleaning staff on floor 5. There is a 711 store right outside and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and massage places in Soi Diana and Soi Buakhao. Mike shopping mall is at the end of Soi Diana and you can walk through the store to the beach.

Had a great 16 nights stay at the LK Metropole in August. This was not my first time in Pattaya and not my first time at an LK hotel but the experience was top-rate as always. The location is excellent, close to Soi Buakhao (much better than Walking Street for entertainment these days in my opinion) but within easy reach of second road and Central Mall, as well as the vital LK Metro for all you party lovers. The room was nice, some of the fixtures could have done with a little bit of modernisation but was extremely practical and the room was well cleaned every day. Bed was comfortable and slept well! Breakfasts were just OK, personally I prefer continental rather than set-menu but it was still nice. The pool was great and in fact was just renovated during my stay. It's warm and nice. try it :) For those so inclined there's a tailor and a gym in the hotel, and a lovely small coffee just outside the entrance. The one time I did have a problem (safe malfunction) the staff were quick to replace the safe immediately. In short I would definitely recommend the hotel and be happy to stay here again. See you soon!

Centrally located, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Property could do with some renovation in some areas, but does not detract from the overall experience. Two areas that could do with some improvement, firstly the gym, with some of the equipment needing attention, and secondly, the staff at breakfast. I have lived in Thailand 6 years and have never experienced such a collection of unhelpful female staff members. They seem totally disinterested in the guests needs, the clearing of used items rarely happens whilst at the table ( on one occasion I ended up with 3 used plates two glasses and a coffee cup all used). Service was so poor on the first morning I walked out without eating and went to a cafe next door for breakfast. That aside, would recommend the hotel if you want to be centrally based at a reasonable price.

This is my second stay at this hotel and nobody could argue about it having a great location for the people that like to party, it is pretty central to most popular locations in Pattaya. I was actually staying at another hotel when i got a bit fed up of having to get a motorbike taxi when ever i wanted to go for food or drinks and i knew thw LK Metropole was in a great location for both. The street food stalls in the LK Metropole area are first class. The hotel itself has pleasant staff, large well appointed traditional rooms and the cleaners will let yo sleep after a nights partying and come in and clean your room later in the day. I will stay here again.

I've been staying at this particular property for a few years. It's literally in the middle of everything that one could ask for. Close to the Bars, relaxed atmosphere, decent size rooms, great Housekeeping and Bell Team, tentative Front Desk. I would recommend a room on the front side of the Hotel, if you want something a little more quiet, get a room on the other side. Great location for excursions, close to Golf (my main reason I stay here), just a little walk to the Beach, plenty of Dining options all within an easy walk.

First thing I would say is (for me ) how good the staff were 🙏. Clean spacious rooms , good breakfast....but I would say they do not cater for Thai guests which they should look at in my opinion. Handy gym , pool was ok but sometimes to much chlorine . Hotel does need updating as looks abit tired. Location is perfect 👌. Now I'd say 3.5/5. Updated 4.5/5 . Recommend ?? ....yes 😎🙏

Situated next to soi LK Metro, the Farang hang out of Pattaya, is this LK hotel. Large parking, friendly staff and nice rooms. Rooms in the front have great views on Pattaya nightlife and the swimming pool. Hotel is situated away from the busy Soi Diana, so no street noise. Breakfast available. Close to shopping malls and about 1 km from the famous Pattaya beach.

I am rating it on a higher side due to the value for money factor. the room interior is good and balcony veiw is bad,so can avoid sitting in balcony. it has a v small swimming has a gym. it has a good reception and good breakfast.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. The first 2 weeks I had a studio and my last week I was lucky to be upgraded to a suite. On arrival at about midnight the staff were great and made the check in process very easy indeed. The studio had a small balcony and everything else you could wish for. Kettle, microwave( never used) and a little kitchen area. Great size bed that was very comfortable. Big telly with lots of channels. The cleaning service was also very good. The cleaners after the first couple of days realised I was a night owl so did not come to my room until mid afternoon. Also I left things lying around, iPad, phone and some money. These thing were always left alone and never taken. House keeping did a very good job. I managed to make it to breakfast a few times and it was very good. A good choice, Thai, English, continental and you could help yourself to all the other buffet style stuff. The pool is at the front of the hotel and is pretty good. No screening from the main road so for shy people could be a little daunting. Location was amazing. You are right next to some really good night life, food and easy walking to the beach. I will be booking this hotel on my next trip as all the staff were very friendly and the location was perfect
