We booked in smoothly, then a lady came over and said we had been upgraded to the main building. We went to the room and although very nice it wasn't the room we booked. It was a much smaller superior double and we had booked a Grand superior double room, which was much bigger with more facilities. Back down to reception where I discover they have non of the rooms that we booked available. Eventually they sorted a larger room which was in the older building. Although adequate for our 2 night stay it wasn't as well furnished as the other rooms. Just felt like they tried to pull the wool over our eyes instead of coming clean about the situation.

Large comfortable room in the old block. Clean but tired looking. Staff friendly. Good breakfast but the hot food was usually warm at best. Hotel is located near bars, restaurants, a market and the beach.

Hotel was nice and in great location - close to beach and reataurants/shops. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast could have been better. Mainly Thai style breakfast. I was surprised that a 5 * hotel did not have bacon on the breakfast menu.

Rooms a little dated, need some grab rails in the bath as the shower is above the bath. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was the best,,, had a good selection. Easy walk to the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

Great Location

We were very impressed with the room. It was clean and big with cooking facilities microwave plus fridge. There is a good sized pool plus a smaller children’s pool But for me the buffet breakfast was the standout it catered for many ethnic tastes and delicious Previously i have stayed in Pattaya but this hotel is now by far my preferred place Thankyou to all your excellent staff for a happy stay
