This review reflects my personal experience during my stay at this property. I would like to note that Thai people are exceptionally friendly and respectful; therefore, my comments refer solely to the hotel itself and not to the staff or the culture.
Unfortunately, this property does not meet the basic standards expected of a hotel. The facilities are limited, and several essential amenities were lacking. The rooms are poorly insulated, allowing significant noise from outside and even conversations from the reception area to be heard clearly inside the room.
Additionally, there was no hot water, which made the stay uncomfortable.
I would not recommend purchasing the breakfast option, as it did not provide good value.
Overall, I do not believe this hotel offers an experience that justifies the cost. Travelers may find better and even more affordable accommodations elsewhere. In my view, this property is suitable only for a short, one-night stay if absolutely necessary.
The one positive aspect of my stay was the staff; particularly the night shift team—who were consistently polite, welcoming, and helpful. Their professionalism was sincerely appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jomtien Beach Market Place! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and the night market with so many street food stalls, shops, and massage places. 🌴
Our room was modern, clean, and had a nice balcony. The staff from PlanB Management were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Everything felt new and comfortable, and it’s great value for money compared to other places nearby.
If you want to be close to everything but still sleep in a quiet area, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for couples, small families, or anyone who loves Jomtien! 🌅
