Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel We stayed in this hotel which is located in the quieter part of Pattaya. We found it an average hotel until it came to checkout where a miscommunication between the staff led to us being accused of towel theft. When we arrived to our room there were NO towels so we had to request them. They brought us two towels instead of four. When they realised their error they proceeded to apologise profusely but by this time which was half an hour later the damage was done as we felt so offended, humiliated and embarrassed in front of our party.

The guys at the door were very good and polite. They helped lots. The young guy behind the check in was good as well. Overall it was a below average stay for us both. For our next trip we will not book there again. Lots of people from India that were very noisey most of the time which did not help.

Nice hotel, very good location just off the beach road. Just a couple of small things, it advertises a bar but it doesn't have one! and it also advertises a laundry service! there is a laundry service just down the road and I believe that's it. you have to take your own laundry and collect it. I would say, it is a good service though and very reasonable.

Do not stay at this hotel it is dirty the staff are very unfriendly the pictures on the internet are a con took my wife and 2 kids into a very unsafe place the beds are old and worn out the sheets are disgusting the bathroom is dirty was supposed to stay 10days check out after 1 night !!!!!!!! Do not book this hotel !!!!!!!!!!

Wrong Location

The Google Earth Location for this hotel that directs you to hotels.com is wrong by about 3km. It is in fact at the Northern end of Pattaya, away from all the action. We booked because of its location and got a rude surprise when we found where it actually was. We had booked two nights but wanted to cancel the second night immediately. The front desk staff where very unhelpful and so followed a 3 way dialog between us, the receptionist and a hotels.com call centre guy to finally cancel the second night. The only reason we stayed at all is because it was late when we arrived. The hotel itself is a Russian Cold War relic and very run down. The included breakfast was a stone cold plate of eggs and strange salad that had been prepared much earlier. If you pine for the glory days of Soviet gulags, then this is the place for you....otherwise, best to avoid.

When I arrived to Pattaya i got

When I arrived to Pattaya i got other hotel but was really far from the beach. So I check for a new one close and I found this hotel, the location is great just 3 minutes walking to the beach, the staff is really friendly, the breakfast is marvellous. Clean and the pool is really nice. Was the best part of my trip
