suitable only for north Indian bachelor people.. if ur from other country please do not book this hotel... no privacy, indecent behavior by the Indian People... breakfast is horrible...... checkin is a crab ... will make u to wait till 14:00 who ever ur and even ur with ur kids. break fast is a war field... I WAS GIVEN A WORST ROOM IN 4th FIRST, AFTER A LONG CONVERSATION THEY GAVE ME A ROOM IN 5TH FLOOR. I BOOKED A DELUXE ROOM...WHICH IS VERY VERY NORMAL.....NOTHING TO APPRECIATE...... GRAND BELL IS DIFFRENT... BELLA EXPRESS IS DIFFERENT... only good this is house keeping is Excellent, check out is good... apart from that every thing is worst.
We went there for 4 days. We had a great experience there. Nice Indian buffet was there. The room was also good. The hotel have vending machine for free coffee or tea. It was very near to pattaya market. Swimming pool was also there.
Gud location.all landmarks nearby.but travelling is small kids is not recommended if booking this hotel.it is gud for friends nd stage. Awesome restaurants nearby.i didn't try their b/f. Stayed for 3nights.
Stayed here for 8 nights in December I would not recommend this hotel to any western people. Hotel is very smelly and overrun with Indians. The staff at the pool bar have consistently tried to triple overcharge for things such as water and food. I confronted them the first time the next day I was asked for 100 baht for water again. I went to the hotel reception and brung them to the thuggish looking bar staff and told them what they had been doing. I belive the management know what is going on and basically brushed it away with a smile and a wai very terrible service do not trust any valuables in your room the male and female cleaners like to rummage around rooms. Good location and pool is decent however many Indians who do not shower using pool. Rooms are terrible and very grubby burnt bins and dirty bathrooms aircon is good and most rooms have a balcony. Guest friendly but they take photos which is a major no no for some people. Would not reccoment
Now on day 3 of 8 Nights booked. Hotel has plenty of staff and hotel kept clean. Made up of several buildings and along side Grand Bella. Decor odd, needs changing to 1 colour and remove all road signs this does not look good. Kettle for tea not in room have to walk to the elevator for hot water. Remove bins with cigarette burns from room. Have yet to try breakfast. Management need to address the issue of allowing this hotel run by Indians makes other people feel they are not on holiday in Thailand. Must limit bookings and have European people stay.
Great oasis in the middle of bustling pattaya.rooms are good and the pool is very nice to sit, swim and totally relax.added bonus of a little water slide for the kids and a small adequate fitness room and sauna.my only complaint about the complex is the lack of understanding that Indian people find about what is proper swimwear, some go in the pool fully clothed and others in their underwear making the pool barstaffs job alot harder by having to tell them this is not acceptable and causing tension.maybe more signs around the pool and rooms and an Indian speaking guard might make life easier for everyone.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hospitality was impeccable, rooms were neat and well kept, two bottles of water were made available everyday. The hotel is walking distance from the beach. There is a lot of variety in the breakfast buffet. The food was very appetizing and well prepared. The sitting louge was comfortable. The luggage was well looked after.
The good news and the worst which lacked a lot in my previous visit was communication gap between the receptionist and visitors. It has been filled in by the appointment of a new indian manager serving and helping with a smile... Good work..
I went to this hotel many times, here is my review from my trip of November 2017. - : * Some times (and i did not understand how to predict it) they take picture of you and your guest but sometimes not... this can be stressful and can be a nogo for some guest. * They now charge 300 bahts (in cash) for your guest to use the swimming pool area. I find it really discriminating against solo travelers : => You pay the same price if you are 1 or 2 in your room but if you are alone and want to have 2 towels to go to the swimming pool i find it is unfair to have to pay that over cost. * Some Customer are very noisy (no matter what the time might be) and for example won't let you get out of the elevator because they want to get in. I know it is a cultural gape but i found it very offensive. * If you bring a guest with you, they will keep your guest id / passport untill your guest get out, this is very common in Pattaya and i find it quite good (this point would be a Pro but...) the guys who keep the id will always ask for a tip. This was quite a harassment i felt very uncomfortable with. * the mastress were very firm, i prefer soft one. + : * Wonderful Swimming pool / Jaccuzi / Sauna * Small but complete fitness room * Incredible Location * Nice rooms * very effective and nice cleaning staff * very effective and nice reception staff Last time i was there, the Wifi was a real catastrophee this time it got better but you have to log in over and over again so this is a point that got better but need to be worked a bit more to be perfect. Small anecdote, i book for a no-windows room but they upgraded me in a normal room (without telling me anything), i did not say anything as i did not wanted to be rude and complain for this upgrade but i choose the non-windows room to have better sleep quality. The curtains were quite good so i could enjoy quite good sleep during the day.
Hotel Location was good !! Room was Excellent !! outer area was very bad, not proper having service or cleaning. Major thing Staff behavior very rude, don't know why , but they behave like, all they are boss of the hotel, other wise hotel has very good view, very beautiful nice clean rooms with balcony, had yummy breakfast buffet , but the thing staff have to very friendly !!
