was here just to have a buffet dinner. It was quite a great experience, a 4 star like dishes, plenty of food choices and some barbeque choices too. You need to try the durian ice cream! I don't know about the rooms tho, but it should be really fine.
Not bad for a 3 star hotel. 3 min walk to the beach. Has free wifi. Staff are friendly. Room is ok and clean. Breakfast also ok. Safe was a bit complicated to operate at first and needed help from hotel staff.
we did not really enjoy our stay in this hotel. we are international people, and the staff struggled with English so communication was disaster. we always had to ask for toiletries like toilet tissue which was of poor quality. the breakfast was better at least. the beach closes early in the evening and that is the time that we come back from touring and wanted to cool ourselves in the pool but we never did. the welcoming guys are very friendly.
This is our 2nd and also our last hotel to stay in Thailand... We stay 2D1N 23-24 Sept 2017 Here are my review: Location: ★★★★ Front Office: ★★ Room: ★★ Restaurant / Breakfast: ★✩ ( need to do something on this please) Overall I give ★★✩ for Baron Beach Hotel Cheers, Ken Tanone
Stayed here in June .found the hotel clean basic ..staff friendly . Close too beach ..really can't complain breakfast was ok not always to my taste but can't please everyone.has own taste but did use some times ..ordered food and drink was taste good price ..beds were a bit hard but still manage too sleep ..we had a pool view in which we paid for and got .would recommend 👍
Stayed here for 1 night. I got the room in Building B which is located in the back of the hotel.. to reach this building you need to take elevator from building A (building in the front) and after that you need to take a walk to the back side around a minute to reach another elevator that will bring you to B building. Little bit odd.. but thats OK, since it is just one night Room was okay.. AC working well.. wifi stable and okay for Asian standards.. breakfast was good with plenty choices. One thing that need to be improved is the bed quality. The bed was too hard and not soft as usual..
This is a big hotel resembling an apartment block, nothing fancy. Looks like a one-nighter joint for all the outside ladies. Dated and scruffy in places, hard bed and tasteless breakfast. Staff do not smile much, but I wouldn't either. Wifi and location ok.
the hotel staff ask for pasport from every person stay at this hotel, we are 10 person stay at 5 superior room, they are quite friendly although not really fluent in english but adequate, no deposit money to be held here, a plus point from this hotel beside the location that are just opposite the mall and walking distance to the beach, room is clean enough but the aircon is right in front of one of the twin bed which is why we move one of the bed closer to each other, breakfast are good, they also provide wifi at rooms, when we check in the room is not ready yet though it is time, so we go out to find some fruits to munch , good budget stay overall
Great location, price, breakfast buffet was decent. Pool is average.. Rooms are OK nothing special. Overall: decent stay. Lobby can be rude if u r Indian. Overall it seems Indians are not loved much in Thailand.
Dont expect a fancy Hotel, but Baron Beach is very near to the beach and also located just next to Hilton Pattaya Hotel hence it is next to the Central Festival Mall, so location wise it is very convenience The rooms is quite big, and has a balcony, we stayed at Tower B and to get there is rather complicated because first you have to take the lift in Tower A to the restaurant area then crossing the swimming pool to go to another lift, it become a problem when you have to push a heavy luggages, but of course there is always a bellboy.. Wifi in room is not reliable and bfast is just average quality, hot water is a bit limited that it gets less warm at night, but AC works fine But again, it is worth the price FYI, Pattaya is not really a children or young teen friendly destinations : The beach is not really for swimming and the amount of "prostitution ambience" around the area is just too obvious, not something you want your kid to see.. especially after sunset.. but there are elephant parks, and some water sport activity too if you insist to go with family/children.. but never enter the Thai Girl Show with family, it is really really really vivid and they even perform intercourse on stage (at least the one that we saw).. and some other ridiculous sex related performance - fully nude and explicit.. just fyi and consideration :-)
