Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a good value for money, however I do not recommend a street-facing room because of night noise from the street. Generally a good location for walking to the beach, shopping, multiple dining options, and of course the bar scene

the bed was very hard. we were upgraded to a deluxe room and it looked average. the check-in staff neglected to offer our VIP 20% discount off of food and drinks. the balcony view faced another rooms balcony. and we had to pay the full security deposit in cash (credit card not allowed!)

I staying in Patong for 3 nights on arrival in Phuket. The Hotel is situated in a great location (2 minutes walk to the beach & Bangla Rd) The Staff are all hard working & very pleasant (as the majority of Thai people are (the land of smiles). I would recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel, I had an excellent stay.

It was amazing! The people were so kind and mad U feel very welcome! It was in walking distance from everything. Roof top bar was over the top and the dinning downstairs was excellent! So good I extended my stay for 2 more days!!

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Hotel Is nice walking distance, the wifi keeps asking for log in. and at check out they search for every piece they have on the room for charging. Even room card. They tried to charge us for laundry bag. After arguing they let us go. Won’t recommend.
