Nice and spacious. Can order a massage in your room. The only downside I’d that you can’t control the temperature of the air conditioner. Can only control the fan speed. Apart from that everything else was good.

States it has “rooftop pool and bar”. Rooftop pool is correct however no bar in sight. Mould all through the rooms and bathroom and smelt musty. View from the balcony straight into someone else’s room. Terrible place in general

Don’t be fooled by the first appearance

Location is great, it doesn’t look that nice from the outside and you do feel slightly disappointed once you get there, but don’t be fooled. The rooms are big and spacious the pool area is lovely and it is worth every penny.

Spacious room in close to the action. Hallway look like a grave. Bad smell, decent WiFi and almost non existent reception. Just a good deal!!!

Nice hotel and in a good location. Room was kept clean and quite modern. Rooms were extremely noisy, you could hear absolutely everything going on in the room next door, the corridor, and the room above. If you wanted an early night, be aware that you'll be awoken many times in the night due to people coming in late, doors unlocking and slamming.

Nice hotel right in the heart of everything. Good basic hotel. Short walk to beach, shopping centre. Really friendly helpful staff. Our room was tidy. Only problem was getting in and out of the shower. Had to climb in. Could do an injury very easily. Nice breakfast. Would recommend.

Disgusting

My family & 1 had 3 rooms between us & all 3 rooms we covered with mould. 2 rooms were meant to be city view & the view was of an apartment wall. Just asking staff for extra pillows was a task in itself. The water was brown & towns looked like dirty rags with black marks all over them. We asked for a refund & they did not want to provided the refund & Expedia ended up providing a voucher for our poor service. after the 2nd night we moved across the road to New Square Patong which were nothing but accommidating.

Great place for a low price

Great breakfast, great location, super friendly staff. It’s a really cheap place & you get more than what you pay for. But just expect a place to eat & sleep while enjoying Phuket.

Upon arrival was shocked see lot of women sat outside advertising massage as wasn't expecting this in front of hotel I know it's Thailand but still came as shock we, checked into room 201 , bed is not 1 large mattress but 2 individual mattresses secured by sheet but they do come apart but is still very comfortable and hotel provided extra pillows when asked no mini bar as stated although there is fridge , balcony tiny only fits one chair n view over looked back lane n directly into next hotel clear view of bedroom , no drawers put anything away , no hangers in wardrobe had to go out and buy them , large deep bath but have step over a ledge into bath to use shower , no shower curtain so had to ask for extra bath towels everyday to place around ledges to soak up water , plenty of hot water day and night pool is ok but most sun loungers have no cushions they are in desperate need of being replaced as old and very worn on upside rooms are cleaned daily , housekeeping staff are lovely as are most of other staff I met , only found 1 member of staff rude it was a lad wears own clothes no uniform n very ignorant when asking him anything , View from pool is shock as looks like slum area , but this is not hotels fault

VERY DISSAPPOINTING

No fold out bed as booked. He argued the point, but eventually put in place after much discussion. There is no spa. No lighting in the pool. Broken. No drinks are served at the pool as shown in their advertising.It is a BUDGET HOTEL as on their sign and not on Expedia.com Pool is dangerous to get in and out. Slippery steps. Television has bad reception and only a few channels. I met up with a friend of mine that traveled from Sweden. He was moved 3 times because of problems with the rooms. Would not recommend to anyone.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location great for most things in Patong. Staff looked after my luggage after I checked out at 12. Breakfast average. Approached by staff member who offered me excellent massage in my room. Massage was average. She charged 800 baht and wanted a tip which she didn't get. Strange event as there were massage girls outside the hotell and this lady was staff at breakfast.

Banging hotel for the price! Should be at least a 4 star - 10mij tops to Bangla road, clean big room, decent balcony, staff we’ve very helpful and lovely to talk to! Nothing to fault would defo recommend and stay there myself again!!

nice, close to shopping centre. The pool was great

Pool was amazing to cool off in beginning or ending of a day. The staff were always so nice and accomadating. breafast buffet was reasonable and delicious. The rooms we got were big and spacious and airconditioned perfectly. Shops are extremely close but fair enough fromt he hustle and bustle. Beach not too far away. great option to walk to places and not to worry about transport to and fro
