This stunning stone-built two-storey villa, completed in 2019, combines a traditional exterior with a modern interior that features all creature comforts. It is located on Vagia Beach, a 10-minute drive away from the main port of Skala, and only a couple of steps away from the seafront. The house offers spectacular views of Chora, the castle and the famous monastery, as well as the surrounding seas and islets, which can be enjoyed from its large windows and spacious verandas. It is situated on a secluded spot, with no other buildings in the vicinity and ideal for anyone looking for a quiet, yet luxurious holiday.
The Space
The villa itself comprises of two levels, measuring a total of 185m2, on an estate of 3000m2.
The upper level features a large and luminous area composed of a spacious living room with a fire place and plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room. A service room with a washing machine, a WC and a storage room are also located on this level, while its large veranda offers magnificent views of the island and provides the perfect spot for meals, aperitifs and hours of relaxation.
The lower level consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms (2 master, 2 twin) that comfortably sleep 8 people. There is also a patio leading to a beautiful garden ideal for outdoor living, BBQs, etc. Literally just a step away from the garden lies the beach.
The villa is fully furnished and fully equipped and all areas are air-conditioned.

Vagia Beach is quiet and peaceful, with shady trees and free of sun loungers and beach bars. Should you wish for more action, the famous Kampos Bay is a 2-minute drive (or a 15-minute walk) away offering sunbeds, cafes, restaurants and water sports.
