This custom-designed home exudes privacy and tranquility while being conveniently located just a two-minute drive away from the town square. Step inside to discover a meticulously crafted interior featuring upscale details that create a welcoming atmosphere. The open-air plan on the upper level is perfect for gathering with friends and family around the large dining table, sharing stories of your adventures in wine country. Unwind on the spacious back deck with gas grill and plenty of seating, a glass of wine in hand, and soak in the breathtaking hillside views that surround you.
For added entertainment, head downstairs to find a pool table and a second large flat-screen TV, creating a cozy spot for relaxation and fun. With easy access to the plethora of wine-tasting rooms, such as Diablo Paso and Serial Wines, restaurants from vegetarian, to sushi, to tapas, to Thai, and more than a dozen unique boutiques. Hilltop West serves as the ideal home base for your Paso Robles escapades. Explore the nearby wine trails, embark on scenic countryside drives, or take a leisurely stroll downtown for a taste of local culture. This home is so comfortable and well-appointed. The beds are excellent. We loved the open feeling to the main living area and the spacious bedrooms. We also loved the deck area with space to eat outside. The downstairs pool/game room was a great bonus. Communication with the host agency was quick and easy.
