Personal was unattended breakfast area, the eggs was empty tray and very dry on the edges looks like never know when run out of food, same with waffle mix.
Staff was great and so was room. Only downfall was the hot tub not being very warm and the jets were not strong.
This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced from Orbitz. I actually didn’t even Stu, and left shorty after feeling uncomfortably itchy in their hot tub. Complete disappointment from no one manning the front desk to how rude she was after “throwing out the trash”.
It is a great location, clean, pretty room, and quiet!

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, variety of pillow firmness. Friendly staff at all hours of visit. Good last minute price. Easy to get to park in Richland. Great eggs and meats for breakfast - even at the end of the meal hour! Pool looked inviting. Flowers in yard. Shower could use a gasket around the handle side of the door to keep small amount of water in the shower. Have already told of our good experience to friends. Thanks!

We arrived and the hote is clean and quiet. In a non busy part of town. Only 1 exit away from all of the restaurants, stores,etc. Our room was a king on the 2nd floor. 4 fluffy pillows and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is small but adequate and recently remodeled. They provide everything you need for your stay. Breakfast was great. Eggs, ham, waffles,cereal, juice coffee. Will definitely stay again.
Manager does not know how to treat people, I felt like second-class citizen. Bad service, unfriendly, not sensitive.

We were here for the State cross country meet. We found our room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the amenities were great. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
It was a nice room, They had a nice indoor Pool.. The Pool was a little cool and the Hot tub was a little warm.
this hotel is the nicest one around and should be 3 star. It is quiet, very friendly helpful staff, cookies and coffee waiting when you arrive. Internet, fireplace and real Christmas tree in the lobby. Comfortable bed and very clean newer décor remodeled rooms. The shower and toilet has a sliding door and vanity separate. coffee, refrigerator, microwave in room. It even has a library sitting area on the 2nd floor with books you can read and take. Love it! We will be back to stay again! One exit away Road 68 has Walmart and all the restaurants and shopping. We ate at Cousins- real country western and good food. Easy access on and off freeway. Easy to find and see. Lots of parking. Great free breakfast, pool and hot tub. You'll love it.
