My Place was exceptionally comfortable. I loved the full size frig and having the ice maker so I didn't have to leave my room was great. I didn't use the kitchen but know for next time....

ADA bathroom was nice, room clean. Lighting was so dim we needed to use our phone lights. It took 4+ hours for ice machine to make 8 ice cubes. Front desk could not provide ice for us. Mattress was very low to floor, it appeared to be just on bed frame, no box springs. Fire alarm went off and there was no refuge area for handicapped to call so we had to use elevator. Fire crew came @nd it appeared that the problem that occurred was ‘a repeat’ and has not been taken care of by the motel. Won’t be staying at any My Place in the future.

It was a fine place to land but the room smelled like pets- we didn’t have a pet so I wish they had put us in another room that was not used for people who had pets.

Within minutes of entering the room, I found multiple bugs near the window, on the ceiling, on the floor and in the bathroom. Went to inform the front desk and they said the manager was off this weekend and she would follow up with me on Monday. The hotel was totally booked so they could not give me a different room but they also offered zero solutions and didn’t even offer to have someone clean it agai. They said have pest control come out next week (which doesn’t help for my night I was here) Absolutely disgusted. The room was also VERY muggy and everything felt stick and smelled. Noisy all night with doors slamming and people running down the stairs. Never staying here again. Horrible experience.
